Mark is the UK Director for Caterpillar coordinating and leading the company’s business interests, government affairs and corporate social responsibilities agenda in the United Kingdom. Mark is also a global HR director for Caterpillar’s human resource services.
Caterpillar employs more than 90,000 employees globally, including 10,000 across 19 UK facilities.
Mark joined Caterpillar in 2003 and has held various director and vice president roles including overseas assignments in Brussels, Belgium and the United States.
Mark represents Caterpillar in a number of external bodies including being a member of the UK Automotive Council, a member in the governance structure of Thomas Deacon Educational Trust and is on the Board of Trustees for Oakham School.
